AI classifies and maps your columns

Milton's AI reads your column headers and a sample of your data to understand what each field represents. It maps "Costo del venduto" to Cost of Goods Sold, "data_ordine" to Order Date, and "cliente_id" to Customer ID — automatically.

Milton supports Italian, English, French, German, and Portuguese column names out of the box. The AI is tuned specifically for restaurant, e-commerce, and fitness data models.

Review and confirm the mapping

Before a single number hits your dashboard, Milton shows you exactly how it interpreted your data. You see every column mapping, every value transformation, and every anomaly it flagged. You approve it — or change it.

This is the step most analytics tools skip. We don't. A misclassified column leads to wrong KPIs. Milton makes the mapping explicit so you know what you're looking at.

Dashboard and KPIs, live

Once you confirm the mapping, your KPIs are calculated instantly. Revenue, margins, CAC, retention — whatever applies to your business model. Ask follow-up questions in plain English.

Common questions

What file formats does Milton accept?

CSV, XLSX, and XLS. Multi-sheet Excel workbooks are supported — Milton will ask you which sheet to use if there are multiple. We also accept Google Sheets exports.

What if my data is messy or incomplete?

That's exactly the use case we built for. Milton handles mixed date formats, inconsistent currencies, blank rows, and duplicate entries. The AI flags anomalies before anything hits your dashboard.

How does Milton know what KPIs to calculate?

During onboarding, Milton asks about your business type (restaurant, e-commerce, fitness studio). Based on that, it loads the appropriate KPI model and maps your columns to the right fields.

Is my data private?

Yes. Your data is stored in European data centers (AWS eu-central-1), scoped to your company only, and we don't train AI models on your data. You can export or delete everything at any time.

Do I need to re-upload my data every time?

Currently yes — you upload a new export and Milton merges it with existing data. Direct integrations with Shopify, Square, Mindbody, and Google Sheets are on the roadmap for Q2 2026.
